What exactly does "measurable traffic lift" mean?
A demonstrable increase in AI-sourced sessions to your website — visits where the referrer is an AI chat tool (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI, Gemini, Copilot) or where a probe confirms your business was recommended. All of it is tracked in your dashboard with before/after baselines.
When does the 90-day window start?
On your service start date, defined in your signed statement of work. Not the date you booked a call.
What is covered by the refund?
All StandKnown fees paid during your first 90 days. Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms is not refundable by us (we are not the one holding the money).
How do I claim the refund?
Email team@standknown.com within 7 days of the end of your 90-day period. We review your dashboard numbers together on a 30-minute call. If the lift is not there, the refund is issued within 30 days.
Are there any exclusions?
Minor and well-defined: if you fail to respond to collaboration requests for more than 15 cumulative days during the engagement, or you make material changes to your website or GBP without consulting us (that would break tracking), the guarantee is suspended. We will communicate clearly if either condition is approaching.
Does the guarantee cover one-time services (website build, branding)?
The traffic lift guarantee applies to retainer services where ongoing optimization work drives AI visibility. One-time project services are governed by delivery milestones in your SOW rather than the 90-day guarantee.
What if I just stop paying after 90 days?
You keep whatever we built (website, content, assets — all yours). We part ways professionally. No clawbacks on completed work.
